After getting a very brief peek at the end of last month, we’re now taking a closer look at the READYMADE x Nike blazer Mid. one of the most confusing yet enticing collaborations of the season, Yuta Hosokawa take on the legendary ’70s silhouette is unlike anything we’ve seen before, but whatever it is, we’re feeling it.

First leaked at the start of the summer, not much is known about this blazer Mid. completely reworking the model from the ground up, it’s crafted from a whole range of upcycled materials, with a digi-camo print adorning the heel and black nylon panels making up the lateral and medial sides. A pair of thick rope laces tie everything together complete with duct taped tips, while an oversized pull tab is stitched around the back for a rugged look that is sure to turn heads.

Down below, you’ll find an unfinished rubber midsole that may or may not be crafted from react foam, and rounding it all off is a detached Nike Swoosh that’s been slightly warped for a reprocessed feel.

Set to launch alongside two other colourways, the READYMADE x Nike blazer Mid is honestly as distinct as it gets, so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole provider for much more news as it develops! let us know what you think of this collaboration, and while you’re here, you might as well take your best look yet at the sacai x Nike blazer Low!
